Research

Our long-term research explores links between biology, ecology, anthropology, and conservation science within a critical tropical peatland ecosystem with a focus on three main types of data: 1) behavioral observations, 2) non-invasive biological samples, and 3) ecological monitoring of the forest. These data promise to provide important insights into the conservation and management of wild and re-introduced orangutan populations.
